Overview
As the lead designer for the Optum Bank app relaunch, I crafted a cohesive visual style that spanned everything from app store images to emails, websites, social media, and in-app elements. Our goal was to drive downloads and engagement, particularly from users who hadn’t yet switched to the mobile app.
We set a target of 30,000 engaged users, but within two weeks, we exceeded that with 107,000 users interacting with the app and half a million downloads. Email was the top-performing channel, with existing customers leading the charge
