Optum prioritizes their clients’ perspectives, seeking to understand the unique market challenges they face—particularly in light of the disruptions caused by COVID-19. This digital report is based on over 30 direct conversations with leaders from community, regional, national, provider-sponsored, and Blue plans.
As I designed the report, I ensured that key insights were communicated clearly and effectively. The final deliverable visually captured the depth of these conversations while aligning with Optum brand standards.
